Overall the platform was very helpful and was the main part of my prep.

The exam simulator was really good, the options of having untimed, sequential, and exam condition was a good addition. However it would be nice to have an accurate recreation of the actual UI used in the real thing. The post exam breakdown was one of the most helpful things giving instant marking and feedback as well as identifying what topics you did well on and the difficulty of each of the questions you did. The solutions to the JZ and Tyler Papers were very well written and extremely helpful although there were a small few geometry questions for which a drawn diagram in the solutions would've been helpful but wasn't there.

I also found using the corrections tab helpful to improve on my weak areas. However it was a shame you can't bookmark questions from the corrections tab and can only bookmark from the exam simulator or the post exam breakdown.

The mastery tab is a nice bonus.

I thought that the JZMaths simulator was very effective and useful to me. The additional tests were also very helpful, and the score tracking system allows you to identify weak tests.

A few suggestions, I would have liked to see a more concise and clear 'Corrections' page iff (haha) I were to prepare for the TMUA again. Potentially a page where it shows you all of the tests you have completed seperatly, and uses green or red squares to highlight which questions were answered correctly or not. Being able to see this entire overview would help. It would also be nice to see how many times each question was answered correctly or wrongly on different attempts.

Overall, thank you very much for this amazing free resource Joe Zhou!

A great service, everything works very well and is clearly well polished. My only gripe with the website is the imbalance of difficulty in JZ papers. This, however, could not have been foreseen as the exam is fairly opaque to match difficulty. The papers are definitely good for able students to bulletproof their preparation though.

Really good variety of resources- highly recommend to anyone taking tmua, was extremely helpful to push myself. Logic course was particularly useful as I couldnt find something like that elsewhere. Only thing I’d say is would it be possible to have more paper 2 specific questions as these are really hard to come by.

The exam sets are absolutely worth it. The site gave me some idea as to what I should do after solving past papers. I'd recommend not doing the mock sets close to the exam, instead using it to build the maturity needed further away from the exam. The simulator also made sure the time pressure of the TMUA didn't fully get to me during the exam. Thank you JZ, you're wonderful!

I lowk cannot empahsis on how amazing and good the mocks and the exam sets are. They are ofc harder than the actual tmua. It is meant to break u and build a better and smarter version of u. Do as many of the papers as possible and pls review them. The questions are creative and will rewire ur brain to think the right way. If u hav money, then hell buy everything they hav. or else, it is totally fine to jus use the free resources. Do a few mocks and get the exam sets A and B from PLUS Beta (if it is available at tht point cuz its a limited thing!)

This one website and the vids of r2drew2 are sufficient to get u a 7+ easily with the right practice and thank you JZ for making tmua a lil bit less stressful

The questions were in general much longer and more difficult on jz than they were on the actual tmua. I found that the tmua for the most part stuck to very basic concepts that could almost all be solved purely by drawing them out ( paper 1) the paper 2 logic stuff is fine tho

JZ Maths is a great resource - thank you for making it free! My main two challenges in TMUA prep were both addressed very nicely - time management through the "full-set simulation" and my problem-solving through the hard mock papers from JZ and Tyler. The data-backed dashboard and the corrections section was also extremely helpful in targeting my preparation.

JzMaths is a very good site. It's quite useful with its exam simulator and relatively large collection of relevant papers. I would say it is quite nice to see what you're good and bad at, and a scale of how each topic compares, but it also gives you a predictive score for each. I don't know how representative these scores are (I mean they feel slightly inflated to me) and it can be distracting - TMUA is about doing your best not getting a certain score - so maybe my main feedback would be to have the option to disable that.

I sat through all the JZ-paper sets (A-E) which were clearly much harder than the normal TMUA papers. This was helpful to begin with, but it's not under the same sort of time pressure; I don't think sitting through all of them will help you prepare unless you are literally a 9.0 student and all the other papers are too easy for you, but it is good to get this sort of experience, and I would encourage people to try at least 1 set of these papers.

JZMaths was an invaluable part of my preparation. Exposure to challenging problems is the only way to improve at TMUA, and JZMaths has no shortage of these! One word of advice: TMUA 2026 questions I sat last week were nowhere near as challenging as the JZ mock sets, and whatever your score is on these, I would pretty much ignore it and just treat it as a learning exercise, as these questions were about 10x harder than the questions I sat in my exam. The exam sets were more realistic, but still much harder than the real thing. The difficulty of the official TMUA was basically the exact same as 2022 and 2023, so use your scores on these papers as a reference. Something for JZ himself: I would recommend making some speed papers, as my friends and I felt that your 2 hour mock sets were actually bad for our speed, and at the end of today, TMUA is both a test of speed and mathematical reasoning/logic. Many thanks to JZ, and I wish the rest of the students sitting the TMUA in January the very best with their preparation and results.
