JZ math is one of the best resources I used to aim for the highest grade in the TMUA exam. The interface on JZ math was nearly identical to the actual interface during the exam. I suppose if I really had to pick on a weakness or what to improve the site, I would say that it should support the 3 other potential screen (black screen with yellow text, and two other colours that I don't exactly remember) that you can choose from in the actual exam.

JZ Maths is by far the best, most helpful site in the world for TMUA preparation. The questions are challenging and insightful while still being entirely based on the TMUA specification. The worked solutions never miss a detail and always explain the motivation behind a particular method as well as how to carry it out. The exam simulator is so helpful for working in a similar time pressured environment to the real exam - developing exam technique when deciding which questions to tackle first. I found the live mocks particularly useful to get a feel for the exam situation and compare my performance to other applicants. I genuinely believe that completing Joe's free papers and the PLUS BETA bundle improved my skills as a mathematician and problem solver. Thank you Joe and Jackie - JZ Maths is the highest quality TMUA preparation on the Internet and I will always be grateful to both of you for investing so much time and effort into making this website so selflessly for our benefit.

Working - challenging papers with clear solutions and a solid simulator. Extra worksheets were also helpful.

Things to improve - the 2 hour mocks aren’t as effective for time management skills. Some individual papers (e.g. the transformations assessment) were too hard.

Best site for grinding out high quality mock papers, a good improvement could be adding the option to do questions by topic.

Changed the game for me. Would like some features that tmua.io has like the ability to run through randomised questions from community papers and an actual replica of the exam UI but other than that this has been an immense tool for me. Thank you so much to anyone who has worked on it. You are a gift.

Website works very well and is very intuitive! Giving students detailed insights on their strongest (and more often than not) weakest areas for free after writing from their selection of past papers is a neat surprise! As someone who has written the TMUA, this site does a great job replicating the experience; if anything, it is a better experience than the actual exam :D Thank you so much for making this great resource for everyone to use!

W website. corrections is genuinely a mega useful feature and really helped me get better. before this, i was just mindlessly redoing mat papers until i got a decent score without understanding anything. very interesting articles as well! i particularly liked the standard trig one. the logic course, in combination with tyler tutoring's, was great and made paper 2 a breeze. the JZ mock papers stressed me out so much lol but other than that thank you so much JZ and jackie tyler!!! will update with my score in november

loved using this website, i love the ui, the exam simulator, corrections, and the additional topics section. now that im done with tmua, i'll miss using this website. i liked the difficulty of the mock papers, and i liked that although the questions were difficult, they rarely became long and tedious to do, unlike some of the other "difficult" community papers out there - all in all, the papers were very well made. i don't know how realistic this is, but it would be cool to see more community papers on this website, such as the ones on tmua.io and such. also, this is an absolutely massive ask but id love something similar for the step exam or a level maths/further maths. all in all, i don't have much negative feedback at all, i love jz maths, thank you so much for creating this resource.

I liked the difficulty of the problems in the mock sets. Even though the JZ mocks were harder than the current TMUA, I feel that it is always beneficial to prepare for the worst and so I personally would say that the difficulty of the mocks were great. I also was able to learn many new techniques from the worked solutions so thank you for providing them to us and making me a better mathematician. The TMUA logic section was also very helpful for paper 2 as I felt fluent when using key words such as necessary and sufficient. I think that this is one of the best parts of the website and I am hugely grateful for it.
