JZMaths is owned and operated by Joe Zhou, a UK-based sole trader. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have under UK GDPR.

Your data is stored on Supabase servers in the European Union. We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your data from active systems within 30 days; backups are fully purged within 90 days. Anonymous sessions (for users who start a paper without signing up) are deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity.

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and the security features provided by Supabase. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be signposted on the site. The Effective Date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent change.
