JZMaths is owned and operated by Joe Zhou, a UK-based sole trader. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What JZMaths Is

• A free website to help students prepare for the TMUA
• Features include a timed exam simulator, past paper downloads, and progress tracking
• No payment is required to use the site; donations are optional

2. Account Rules

• You must be at least 13 years old
• You must provide accurate information, including a real first name and last name
• Only one account per person
• Keep your password secure; do not share your login
• You are responsible for everything done under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the site's content in bulk
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the site's security
• Impersonate another person
• Use the site for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the exam simulator or extract answer keys

4. Intellectual Property

• The software, design, branding, and original written content on JZMaths are owned by Joe Zhou
• You are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use the site for your own TMUA preparation
• Past papers are the intellectual property of Cambridge Assessment Admissions Testing; they are made available here under fair dealing for non-commercial educational use
• You may not reproduce or adapt any material for commercial purposes without written permission

5. Feedback

If you send us feedback or feature requests, we may use them to improve the service with no obligation or compensation.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• That you will pass or achieve any particular score in the TMUA
• That the site will always be available or error-free
• That the content is free of mistakes (we will fix them when notified)
• That the site is a substitute for professional tuition

Your exam results depend on many factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including missed offers, lost study time, or poor exam results
• Our total direct liability is limited to £10

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms
• You may delete your account at any time by emailing jzmaths@hotmail.com

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be signposted on the site. The Effective Date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
