Difficulty calibration for JZ Exam Set B
Thank you to everyone who has signed up to PLUS beta and promptly had a go at the brand-new JZ Exam Set A.
I’ll be monitoring the difficulty and overall performance quite carefully. 🙂 That will help inform how I finalise JZ Exam Set B, which is already mostly written. I can still adjust the balance by replacing a few questions with harder ones, or swapping out some of the tougher questions for something a little more forgiving.
Jackie and I will have a good discussion about the final difficulty before Set B is released for next Saturday’s live mock.
Speaking of which, this is probably a good time for me to go and continue coding the live mock system. 😂
Also, in other news, you lot have somehow managed to burn through Supabase’s supposedly generous free tier — my database provider — so JZMaths has officially reached the stage of development where people using the website is now costing me even more money. 😂
A very nice problem to have, of course. I hope it means you’re all making good use of the resources here for your TMUA preparation. Thank you!
