Cauchy-Schwarz and AM-GM Inequalities Topic Test Added

I have finished the topic test for the Cauchy-Schwarz and AM-GM Inequalities section, again 10 questions, 40 minutes.

The questions mainly focus on direct applications of the two inequalities, with a couple of other topics mixed in.

The next topic is going to be on order of transformations.
